My item has arrived but there's an issue with it. What do I do?

We take great care to ensure your items arrive safely in secure packaging. Once your order arrives, please open it right away to check everything is in perfect condition.

If you notice any issues, don’t worry—we’re here to help! Please take a photo of the issue along with a photo of the box and label, and send them to us at info@malletandplane.com, including your order number. We’ll take care of the rest.

To make sure we can resolve any issues quickly, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your item, as this is the notification window set by our suppliers. 😊

 

How do I track my order?

Once you place your order, we’ll send you an order confirmation right away. Shortly after, you’ll receive tracking details, including a courier tracking link, so you can easily follow your parcel or reschedule delivery if needed.

For larger items, like sofas, our courier will give you a call to arrange a delivery time that works best for you. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel.
